This video footage was captured by an Amhurst Homeowner showing 2 individuals removing the Amhurst HOA sign from Amhurst HOA common property.
Annual Property Taxes are paid by the Amhurst Homeowners Assn Inc for the land known as Parcels 14F0154LL1164 & 14F0154LL1172.
The land has been owned since 2/10/2006. The sign was installed in 2021 at a cost of $2,595.
